Directions for Use:
For adults and children aged 2 years and over. Use as needed, up to 6 times daily.

Vaporisation: Add 3–6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your vaporiser.

Massage: Mix 5 drops (0.2 mL) with 10 mL of carrier oil and gently massage into the chest and back. This blend can be stored at room temperature and used within 24 hours.

Not recommended for children or during pregnancy.
